                          记者昨日从省教育厅获悉,该厅近日发布了关于对湖南省高等学校“双一流”学科建设项目申报材料进行公示的公告。

                        据悉,省教育厅共受理全省高校267个学科的申报材料,并对除国防科技大学以外的申报材料进行公示。   根据《湖南省全面推进一流大学与一流学科建设实施方案》,我省“双一流”学科建设项目申报时,分世界一流建设学科、国内一流建设学科和国内一流培育学科、应用特色学科4个类别,按一级学科申报。 其中,世界一流建设学科、国内一流建设学科和国内一流培育学科面向具有硕士或博士授予权的高校申报,应用特色学科面向不具有硕士学位授予权的本科学院申报。

                          去年9月,国家公布“双一流”建设学科,湖南共有国防科技大学、中南大学、湖南大学和湖南师范大学4所高校的12个学科入围。

                        此次,这12个学科将可直接认定为我省“世界一流建设学科”。

                        在教育部第四轮学科评估中进入B+及以上的学科,经学校申报,可直接认定为我省“国内一流建设学科”。

                        除了直接认定外,学校可自主推荐国内一流建设学科。

                        据统计,全省15所高校共申报64个国内一流建设学科。

                        在教育部第四轮学科评估中进入B、B-及C+的学科,可直接认定为“国内一流培育学科”。

                        全省高校共有80个学科申报。

                        此外,全省有22所高校共申报111个“应用特色学科”。   从公示材料来看,中南大学申报的“双一流”学科建设项目最多,达33个;湖南大学紧随其后,共申报29个。

                        公示结束后,湖南将组织专家对学校申报的学科分别进行认定与遴选,提出“双一流”学科建设项目建议名单,并对项目名单发文公布。
